  • Ceilings filled and profiled with plaster. Modern stucco elements in bedrooms and common areas. Window and door frames with shatter-resistant mesh. Aluminum profiles with a wood look.

 

Window:

  • Large, European sliding windows with imported profiles in graphite gray and clear glass. Aluminum sliding windows for utility areas in graphite gray with clear glass. Spacious windows in living areas with a height of 2.10 m. Modern and user-friendly windows in bedrooms. Multi-point locking system and lever mechanism.

 

Doors:

  • Main and interior doors made of imported wood with door frames and jambs (subject to market availability). Entrance doors made of imported wood with a large opening. Concealed "butterfly" hinges on interior doors.

 

Floors and surfaces:

  • Floors are made of imported, light gray, matte porcelain stoneware, laid in a staggered pattern (subject to availability). Porcelain stoneware skirting boards, 15 cm high. Porcelain stoneware flooring in utility rooms. Floors and steps are made of rustically smoothed concrete in the courtyard and parking area.

 

Cladding:

  • Facade cladding with polished coral stone. Master bathroom with porcelain stoneware wall cladding. Secondary bathrooms with Italian porcelain stoneware. Decorative mosaic. Porcelain stoneware wall cladding in service areas.
