The creation of Caribic-Home is closely linked to our personal experiences building a vacation home in the Dominican Republic. When we embarked on this project a few years ago, we faced numerous challenges: local unfamiliarity, cultural differences, complex regulatory processes, and, last but not least, the secure transfer of funds.

These hurdles require not only patience and precision, but also thorough planning and reliable local partners. Personal contact is particularly important – it's crucial to avoid unpleasant surprises.

These experiences gave rise to the idea of Caribic-Home. We want to share our knowledge, proven contacts, and ongoing projects with interested parties and provide them with professional support on their journey to owning a property in the Caribbean.

We act as a contact in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy. Our local partner, Señor Rafael Rodriguez, has been active in the Dominican Republic's real estate industry for over 30 years. He exclusively brokers properties from reputable, state-certified construction companies.

Everyone involved in the sales process is personally known to us or Señor Rodriguez—some for decades. This foundation of trust forms the foundation for a secure and successful collaboration.
